What we collect
HyperWiz is an analytics dashboard. We store your account details (name, email), your workspace, and the data-source connections you create. When you connect a source (Shopify, Meta Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, Track123, or a custom endpoint), we store the credentials you provide encrypted at rest and use them only to fetch the analytics you ask us to display.
How we use it
Connected-source data is fetched on your behalf to render your dashboards and is scoped to your workspace. We do not sell your data or share it across workspaces. Each workspace's data is isolated.
Credentials & security
Connection credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and are never returned to your browser. You can disconnect any source at any time from Settings → Connections, which removes its stored credentials.
Data deletion
To delete your workspace and all associated data, contact us at admin@hyperwiz.org.
